IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties’

attorneys of record that Defendants ETT GAMING and AFFINITY GAMING will have

20

an extension of time up to and including April 17, 2015 to answer or otherwise respond

21

to Plaintiff’s Complaint (docket # 5). Additional time is needed because the parties are

22

currently working together to determine the appropriate defendant(s) and addressing the

23

various factual allegations that have been raised in numerous filings with the Court.

24

Because Plaintiff filed her Complaint pro se and used a standardized form for Civil

25

Rights Complaint Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and has filed several documents

26

clarifying her Complaint, Defendants need additional time to work with Plaintiff’s

27

counsel to address these issues.
