Petitioner, who is represented by counsel, has filed a habeas corpus petition. Respondents

have filed a motion to dismiss the petition as moot. (ECF No. 17). Petitioner has filed a response to
16
the motion to dismiss. (ECF No. 20). Respondents have filed an unopposed motion for an extension
17
of time to file a reply. (ECF No. 21). Respondents seek a 21-day enlargement of time, up to and
18
including April 1, 2013, to file a reply. Having reviewed the motion and good cause appearing,
19
respondents’ motion is granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that respondents’ motion for an extension of time to file a
21
response to the motion to dismiss (ECF No. 21) is GRANTED. Respondents’ reply shall be filed on
22
or before April 1, 2013.
