IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that 17 Ms. Newton's Motion for Remand and/or Reversal and 21 Defendant's Motion to Remand to Social Security (Voluntarily - Pursuant to Sentence Four of 42 USC 405(g)) are each GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is remanded for additional administrative action. As part of this remand, the Administrative Law Judge shall update the treatment evidence on Kimberly Newt on's medical condition.
