DEFAULT JUDGMENT in favor of Plaintiff David Faris and against Defendant Swift Funds, LLC. Defendant shall pay Plaintiff the following amounts: Plaintiff's actual damages in the amount of $2,500.00;Statutory damages as to the FDCPA violations in the amount of $1,000.00;Statutory damages as to the TCPA violations in the amount of $500.00;Cost of suit in the amount of $625.00;Attorneys' fess in the amount of $2,957.50. For a total Judgment in the amount of $7,582.50. This Judgment shall be considered a final Judgment for all purposes. Signed by Judge Andrew P. Gordon on 1/26/2015.
