See Local Rule 26-1(d). The Discovery Plan was filed on July 29, 2013, and therefore, is 21 approximately 4 months late. Under Local Rule 26-4, the parties must show excusable neglect for their 22 delay in filing the Proposed Discovery Plan with the Court. LR 26-4. 23 Although the Court is inclined to approve the deadlines set out in the parties’ proposed 24 discovery plan, the parties must comply with the Local Rules and must provide sufficient reasons for 25 their delayed filing. Additionally, in the future, the Court expects counsel to comply with the deadlines 26 set out in Local Rule 26-1(d) unless a stay of discovery or deadline extension is approved by the Court. 27 ... 28 ... 1 2 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall submit a revised discovery plan by August 2, 2013. 3 IT IS SO ORDERED. 4 DATED: July 30, 2013 5 6 7 ______________________________________ NANCY J.
