Plaintiff Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for
Security Savings Bank and Defendants Stephen Dervenis, Kelly Jones and
Thomas Procopio stipulate to extend the deadlines for filing dispositive
motions and the joint pretrial order.
The fact and expert discovery in this action has been completed.
The dispositive motions are currently due on May 6, 2015 (#138). In order
to facilitate settlement discussions, the parties request that the current
deadline to file the dispositive motions be extended from May 6, 2015 to
June 4, 2015.
Accordingly, the parties also request that the current deadline
for the filing the joint pretrial order also be extended from June 6, 2015 to
July 3, 2015. In the event dispositive motions are filed, the date for filing
the joint pretrial order shall be suspended until 30 days after a decision of
the dispositive motions (#153).
