After 10/15/2013 the parties may file a motion or stipulation to further stay the Rule 26(f) conference and discovery if the case is still pending and the Defendant has not filed an Answer at the time of filing the new motion or stipulation. (#22). 11 The parties request the Court to stay the Rule 26(f) conference and discovery until the ruling on 12 Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss. Id. The stay requested by the parties does not set a date certain for 13 lifting the stay and will not be approved in that form. 14 Good Cause Appearing, 15 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant’s Unopposed Motion to Stay Rule 26(f) Conference 16 (#22) is GRANTED and all discovery is stayed in this case until the earlier of thirty (30) days after 17 Defendant files an answer or November 12, 2013; 18 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties will not be required to file a proposed Discovery 19 Plan and Scheduling Order until the earlier of thirty (30) days after Defendant files an answer or 20 November 12, 2013; 21 After October 15, 2013, the parties may file a motion or stipulation to further stay the Rule 26(f) 22 conference and discovery, if the case is still pending and the Defendant has not filed an answer at the 23 time of filing the new motion or stipulation. 24 DATED this 17th day of June, 2013. 25 _________________________ CAM FERENBACH UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
