ORDER that 8 Defendants' Motion to Quash Service is GRANTED. All other aspects of 15 are DENIED as premature and without prejudice. Plaintiffs shall have 30 days from the date of this order to effectuate proper service. Plaintiffs shall hav e 30 days from the date of this order to complete discovery into TMX Finance, LLC's contacts with Nevada. Plaintiffs shall file a supplemental opposition to 15 Motion to Dismiss by 8/28/2014. TMX shall have until 9/8/2014, to file a respons ive brief. Counsel for Plaintiffs and TMX Finance, LLC shall appear for oral argument on the supplemental jurisdictional matters on 9/22/2014, at 2:30 pm in LV Courtroom 6D before Judge Jennifer A. Dorsey.
