The Complaint (Dkt. #1) in this matter was filed April 16, 2013. Defendant filed 15 its Answer (Dkt. #6) June 6, 2013. Pursuant to LR 26-1, the parties were required to meet and/or confer 16 as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) within 30 days after the first defendant answered or otherwise 17 appeared, and 14 days thereafter to file a mandatory stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order. To 18 date, the parties have not complied. Accordingly, 19 IT IS ORDERED: 20 1. 21 The following discovery plan and scheduling order dates shall apply: a. 22 The parties shall meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) not later than 4:00 p.m., August 19, 2013. 23 b. Last date to complete discovery: December 2, 2013. 24 c. Last date to amend pleadings and add parties: September 4, 2013. 25 d. Last date to file interim status report: October 4, 2013. 26 e. Last date to disclose experts pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2): October 4, 27 28 2013. f. Last date to disclose rebuttal experts: November 4, 2013. 1 g. Last date to file dispositive motions: January 2, 2014. 2 h. Last date to file joint pretrial order: February 3, 2014. In the event dispositive 3 motions are filed, the date for filing the joint pretrial order shall be suspended 4 until 30 days after a decision of the dispositive motions. 5 2. 6 7 The disclosures required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(3), and any objections thereto, shall be included in the pretrial order. 3. Applications to extend any dates set by this discovery plan and scheduling order shall, in 8 addition to satisfying the requirements of LR 6-1, be supported by a showing of good 9 cause for the extension.
