N-M Ventures, LLC and N-M Ventures II, LLC to respond to the Amended Complaint until

November 13, 2013 (docket no. 31);

WHEREAS, the Court previously tentatively granted Intervenor the Estate of Scott

DeGraff leave to file an amended complaint-in-intervention on behalf of the Estate of Scott
