The Amended Complaint (#11) in this matter was filed 15 April 8, 2015. Defendants Lori Leavitt and Tonja Barnicle and specially appearing Defendants 16 John Doyle, Elmer Stratham, Kim Guthrie, John Cleary and Dorothy Perkins filed a Motion to 17 Dismiss (#23) on July 14, 2015. Pursuant to LR 26-1, the parties were required to meet and/or 18 confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) within 30 days after the first defendant answered or 19 otherwise appeared, and 14 days thereafter to file a mandatory stipulated discovery plan and 20 scheduling order. To date, the parties have not complied. Accordingly, 21 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall file a stipulated Discovery Plan and 22 Scheduling Order not later than September 14, 2015 in compliance with the provisions of LR 26-1 23 of the Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. 24 DATED this 2nd day of September, 2015. 25 26 27 28 ______________________________________ GEORGE FOLEY, JR.
