Plaintiff Cordova responded (#32) and American 16 Family replied (#33). 17 All parties agree that Nevada does not recognize a separate cause of action for Breach of 18 Fiduciary Duty against an insured. All parties also agree that the claim for “Breach of Fiduciary 19 Duty” should be dismissed on that basis. 20 Accordingly, the Motion to Dismiss is HEREBY GRANTED. 21 22 DATED this 8th day of April, 2015. 23 24 25 26 _____________________________ Kent J.
