State, Case No. 71806. Counsel for 5 Plaintiffs also has an oral argument scheduled for April 20, 2017 at the Ninth Circuit in 6 United States v. Steven Grimm, CA No. 16-10007, and will thus be out of the office April 19 7 through April 20, 2017.
