SMITH, #24120, is presently in 21 custody of the Nevada Department of Corrections, located at Southern Desert Correctional 22 Center, Indian Springs, Nevada. 23 IT IS ORDERED that the Warden of Southern Desert Correctional Center, , or his 24 designee, shall transport and produce NORMAN E. SMITH, #24120, to the Lloyd D. George 25 United States Courthouse, 333 Las Vegas Boulevard, South, in LV Courtroom 7D, Las Vegas, 26 Nevada, on or about Tuesday, November 14, 2017 - November 16, 2017, at the hour of 9:30 27 a.m., to attend as a witness at the bench trial in the instant matter, and arrange for his appearance 28 on said date as may be ordered and directed by the Court entitled above, until the 1 said NORMAN E. SMITH, #24120, is released and discharged by the said Court; and that the 2 said NORMAN E.
