HANNIE HENDROFFE, 12 Defendant(s). 13 14 ORDER 15 Presently before the court is petitioner William Gee’s motion for entry of a temporary 16 restraining order and a UCCJEA warrant. (Doc. # 21). On September 6, 2013, a status conference 17 was held in front of Magistrate Judge Nancy Koppe. At that hearing, the magistrate expressed 18 uncertainties regarding this court’s jurisdiction over the matter. See docket # 25. A briefing 19 schedule was established and an evidentiary hearing regarding jurisdiction has been set for October 20 8, 2013. Id. Accordingly, petitioner’s instant motion is denied pending the jurisdiction hearing 21 before Magistrate Judge Koppe. 22 Accordingly, 23 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that petitioner’s motion for 24 entry of a temporary restraining order and a UCCJEA warrant (doc. # 21) be, and the same hereby 25 is, DENIED without prejudice. 26 DATED September 11, 2013. 27 UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE 28 James C.
