This action is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 by a

17

Nevada state prisoner represented by counsel. Respondents have filed a motion for an extension of

18

time in which to file a reply in support of the pending motion to dismiss. (ECF No. 36).

Respondents seek a three-day enlargement of time, up to and including April 30, 2015, to file a

20

reply. Having reviewed the motion and good cause appearing, respondents’ motion is granted.

21

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that respondents’ motion for an extension of time to file

22

a reply in support of the motion to dismiss (ECF No. 36) is GRANTED. Respondents’ reply shall

23

be filed on or before April 30, 2015.
