Docket No. 115 at 4-5. Defendants were required to make that supplemental showing no later 19 than August 31, 2015. See id. Defendants have now filed a supplement that contains no legal argument 20 or supplemental evidence regarding their motion to seal. Docket No. 125. Although the intent behind 21 this supplemental filing is not clear to the Court, it appears that Defendants are still in the process of 22 conferring with the Army Corps. See id. As such, the Court construes this filing as a request to extend 23 the deadlines outlined in the Court’s prior order. 24 The Court hereby ORDERS as follows: 25 • No later than September 15, 2015, Defendants must file a supplemental brief and 26 supporting evidence in relation to any of the subject documents for which sealing is still 27 sought. No later than September 15, 2015, Defendants must file on the public docket any 28 of the subject documents for which sealing is no longer sought. 1 • 2 Any response in opposition to the supplemental brief must be filed no later than September 22, 2015. 3 • 4 To the extent Defendants do not believe they can comply with the above deadlines, they must 5 6 7 Any supplemental reply must be filed no later than September 29, 2015. file a proper request to extend them.
