Koppe, United States Magistrate Judge, entered December 6, 2013. 12 Pursuant to Local Rule IB 3-2(a), objections were due by December 23, 2013. No 13 objections have been filed. In accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) and Local Rule IB 1-4, the 14 Court has reviewed the record in this case and agrees with Magistrate Judge Koppe’s 15 recommendation that this action be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Therefore, 16 the Court has determined that Magistrate Judge Koppe’s Recommendation should be 17 ACCEPTED and ADOPTED to the extent that it is not inconsistent with this opinion. 18 19 20 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Report and Recommendation (ECF No. 5) is ACCEPTED and ADOPTED in full. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Complaint is DISMISSED without 21 prejudice. The Clerk shall enter judgment accordingly. 22 DATED this 14th day of January, 2014.
