This case arises out of a dispute over the quality of mental health services. The case was
17 dismissed and has been closed since 2014. Docket No. 53. Pending before the Court are two
18 filings by non-party Richard Richmond Ross, with captions that do not match this case. See Docket
19 Nos. 75, 76. Indeed, it appears these filings relate in some way to alleged issues involving the
20 local police department and a casino. See id. Such filings do not belong in this case. Accordingly,
21 these filings are STRICKEN.
