ORDER that the Attorney General's Office shall advise the Court within 10 days whether it can and will accept service of process for the named Defendants and enter a general appearance. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall file a respon se to 6 Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction and 7 Temporary Restraining Order within 10 days. The Clerk of Court shall electronically serve a copy of this Order, 4 Plaintiff's Complaint, 3 Screening Order, and a copy of [6 ] Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction and 7 Temporary Restraining Order on the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Nevada. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that 5 Plaintiff's Motion to Extend Prison Copywork Limit is DENIED. The deadline by which Plaintiff must file his amended complaint is extended to 30 days.
