Tula Cartridge Works has just 27 recently, as of April 3rd, 2015, engaged the law firm of Polsinelli, P.C. to represent it in this 28 Page 1 of 3 Case 2:13-cv-02223-JCM-NJK Document 76 Filed 04/10/15 Page 2 of 3 1 2 action. Since then, attorneys from Polsinelli have been in contact with representatives of Tula Cartridge Works in Russia regarding this action and have requested information that will allow for the preparation of a response to the instant motion of Sporting Supplies International, as well 3 as to the allegations raised in the third-party complaint. Attorneys from Polsinelli have also 4 notified 5 engagement.
