This matter is before the Court on the parties’ Stipulation to Stay (ECF No. 212), filed on

May 24, 2017. The parties request a 180 day stay of discovery on the basis that the Ninth Circuit
16
may set Benjamin v. B & H Education, Inc. for oral argument in August of 2017. The Court will
17
grant a stay of discovery until September 1, 2017 to see what occurs in oral argument in Benjamin.
