ORDER. The Court hereby Orders that Plaintiffs shall have 30 days from the date of this Order in which to file its motion to amend the complaint as directed in this Order. The Court further Orders that the Clark County Defendants' 24 Motion for Summary Judgment, Defendant Graves' 25 Motion for Summary Judgment and Plaintiffs' 48 Counter-Motion for Summary Judgment is denied without prejudice subject to their reinstatement or supplementation by leave of court after the Rule 15 motion is decided.
