The 1 parties respectfully request that the new date for the Settlement Conference be selected from one 2 of the following dates: 3 May 24, 2016 May 25, 2016 May 26, 2016 4 June 7, 2016 June 8, 2016 June 9, 2016 5 Counsel for both parties have conferred and discussed the above continuation. An 6 extensive pre-settlement conference demand package was recently submitted by Plaintiffs to the 7 government. This recent submission requires additional time for government officials to 8 evaluate Plaintiff’s settlement demand packet. In addition, lead counsel for the Plaintiff will be 9 out of the country from April 5, 2016 through April 13, 2016 on a mission trip for his church in 10 Ghana, Africa. 11 All parties have been cooperating and acting in good faith and, therefore, respectfully 12 request that this Court extend the scheduled date for the Settlement Conference to one of the 13 requested dates referenced above. 14 15 SUBMITTED on the15th day of March, 2016.
