1 2 3 4 5 6 7 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 8 DISTRICT OF NEVADA 9 SHANE BROOKS, 10 11 12 13 ) ) Plaintiff, ) vs. ) ) LISA WALSH, et al., ) ) Defendants. ) ____________________________________) Case No. 2:14-cv-00497-APG-CWH ORDER 14 Before the Court is Defendants’ unopposed motion to extend time regarding dispositive matter 15 (doc. # 39), filed November 25, 2015. 16 Defendants ask the Court for additional time to file dispositive motions in this case. 17 Defendants explain that after the Court granted their prior request to extend the dispositive motions 18 deadline (doc. # 37), defense counsel had to leave the jurisdiction on two separate occasions and was 19 inundated with a large number of court hearings and deadlines in other cases that prevented her from 20 obtaining necessary materials in support of Defendants’ motion for summary judgment. As such, 21 Defendants submit this renewed request for an extension. Plaintiff did not file an opposition. 22 Good cause appearing, the Court grants the instant request and sets the dispositive motions 23 deadline thirty (30) days from the date of this order. 24 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants’ unopposed motion to extend time 25 regarding dispositive matter (doc. # 39) is granted. 26 DATED: December 15, 2015 27 28 ______________________________________ ____________________________ _ _____ C.W.
