ORDER that Respondents' 14 Motion to Dismiss is Granted in Part with respect to ground 2 and part of ground 1. Petitioner has until 10/28/2015 to do one of the following:Inform the court he wishes to dismiss ground 2 and parts of grou nd 1 of his petition and proceed only on the remaining grounds;Inform the court he wishes to dismiss his entire petition and return to state court to exhaust his state court remedies; orFile a motion to stay his case while he returns to state c ourt to exhaust his state remedies.
