WHEREAS, a Stipulation to Extend Discovery Deadline (Fourth Request) was

entered in this matter on May 28, 2015 extending the deadline for dispositive motions to

June 29, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Counsel for the parties continue to conduct settlement negotiations.

THEREFORE, for the reasons set forth above, counsel for Defendant and Plaintiff
