19 claims (Count I of Plaintiff’s Complaint, ECF. No. 1) are dismissed without prejudice.

Plaintiff and Defendant further stipulate pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) that

21 all of Defendants’ counterclaims (Counts I-VIII of Defendant’s Answer and Counterclaims,
22 ECF. No. 26) are dismissed without prejudice.
