On November 6, 2015, Plaintiffs Hakkasan LV, LLC and Hakkasan Limited (“Plaintiffs”)

filed their Memorandum for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs [Doc. No. 47] (“Memorandum”) with this

Court seeking their reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in connection with the failure of
24
Dale Keith Crawford to appear for his properly noticed subpoena deposition and for having to bring
25
their subsequent Motion for an Order to Show Cause why Mr. Crawford should not be held in
26
contempt. This Court, having reviewed and considered, the recommendations of Magistrate Judge
27
George Foley [Doc No. 44], the Memorandum, and hearing argument of counsel, and with good
28
cause appearing therefor:
