See Docket No. 25. The Court hereby DENIES the 18 discovery plan without prejudice. The Court further ORDERS that Defendants’ motion to stay 19 discovery must be filed no later than September 23, 2014. Any response must be filed no later than 20 September 30, 2014, and any reply must be filed no later than October 6, 2014. The parties’ briefing 21 shall address the relevant standards applied in this district for motions to stay discovery pending 22 resolution of a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. See, e.g., Kabo Tools Co. v. 23 Porauto Indus. Co., 2013 U.S. Dist. Lexis 156928 (D. Nev. Oct. 31, 2013) (Kabo Tools II); Kabo 24 Tools Co.v. Porauto Indus. Co., 2013 U.S. Dist Lexis 53570 (D. Nev.
