Counsel for Defendant removed this matter to federal court 15 on July 1, 2014. Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss (#4) on July 2, 2014. Pursuant to LR 26-1, 16 the parties were required to meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) within 30 days 17 after the first defendant answered or otherwise appeared, and 14 days thereafter to file a mandatory 18 stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order.
