the dismissal of all of Plaintiffs’ claims against Defendant, with prejudice.

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and among Plaintiffs, Trustees and

Defendant Aegis Security Insurance Company, and subject to the approval and Order of the Court, as

follows:

Aegis Security Insurance Company issued a surety bond to Defendant Forte Specialty

14

Contractors, LLC (hereinafter “Forte”). A full and final confidential settlement of the above-entitled

15

action, as to Plaintiffs and Defendant Forte, has been entered into and agreed to by Plaintiffs and

16

Defendant Forte. Defendant Forte has been dismissed from this case (ECF No. 47). Therefore,

17

Plaintiffs request that Defendant Aegis Security Insurance Company, be dismissed from this action

18

with prejudice.
