Plaintiff, CENTEX HOMES (“Centex”) and Defendant, ST. PAUL FIRE AND MARINE

INSURANCE COMPANY(“Travelers”) hereby submit this joint status report pursuant to the

21

Court’s November 25, 2015 order requiring the parties to file a stipulation for dismissal or joint

22

status report indicating when the dismissal will be filed by December 23, 2015. (Doc. 34). The

23

parties have finalized a settlement agreement. The parties are waiting to obtain client signatures to

24

the settlement agreement. Once client signatures are obtained, then a stipulation for dismissal will

25

be filed by January 13, 2016.
