This matter is before the court on the parties= failure to file a proposed stipulated

discovery plan and scheduling order. The Complaint (Dkt. #1) in this matter was filed August

14

20, 2014. Defendants filed a Motion for Partial Dismissal (Dkt. #37) January 2, 2015. Pursuant

15

to LR 26-1, the parties were required to meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f)

16

within thirty days after the first defendant answered or otherwise appeared, and fourteen days

17

thereafter to file a mandatory stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order. To date, the parties

18

have not complied. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED:

The following discovery plan and scheduling order dates shall apply:

a.

not later than 4:00 p.m., March 10, 2015.

b.

Last date to complete discovery: July 1, 2015.

c.

Last date to amend pleadings and add parties: April 2, 2015.

d.

Last date to file interim status report: May 4, 2015.

e.

Last date to disclose experts pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2): May 4,

f.

The parties shall meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f)

Last date to disclose rebuttal experts: June 1, 2015.

Last date to file dispositive motions: July 31, 2015.
