Upon review and consideration, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Stipulated Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order (First 17 Request) (#27) is denied, without prejudice. The stipulation does not comply with LR 26-4. 18 Applications to extend any date set by the discovery plan must be supported by a showing of good 19 cause for the extension. Any motion or stipulation to extend shall include: a statement specifying the 20 discovery completed; a specific description of the discovery that remains to be completed; the reasons 21 why discovery remaining was not completed within the time limits set by the discovery plan; and a 22 proposed schedule for completing all remaining discovery. The parties are ordered to file a proposed 23 stipulation extending discovery deadlines that complies with the requirements of LR 26-4 within seven 24 (7) days of this order. 25 DATED this 8th day of May, 2015. 26 27 28 ______________________________________ GEORGE FOLEY, JR.
