Grant’s case to the 13 court’s Pro Bono Program. On May 10, 2017, the court referred this matter to the Pro Bono 14 Program for the purpose of identifying a guardian ad litem as well as a pro bono attorney to 15 represent Plaintiff to the conclusion of this case. (Order (ECF No. 53).) The court was unable to 16 place the case with Nevada Legal Services or the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and 17 referred the case to Washoe Legal Services to attempt to secure representation for Plaintiff. (Order 18 (ECF No. 54).) Currently, the court is continuing its efforts to attempt to secure representation for 19 Plaintiff through Washoe Legal Services. The court requests that the Pro Bono Liaison continue to 20 attempt to secure representation for Plaintiff through the Pro Bono Program. 21 IT IS SO ORDERED. 22 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court must serve a copy of this order on 23 Plaintiff Gregory G.
