IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the parties’ counsel of

record that Defendant will have an extension of time up to and including March 18,

2016 to oppose Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment (docket #67) and related

20

documents (docket #73, 74 and 75) filed on February 8, 2016. This is the second

21

request for an extension of this deadline. Additional time is needed because Defense

22

counsel has been ill for several days, including in the hospital for observation. Plaintiff

23

is being given a reciprocal extension.

IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that Plaintiff will have an

25

extension of time up to and including March 18, 2016 to oppose Defendant’s Motion

for Summary Judgment (docket #68) filed on February 8, 2016. This is the second
