This matter is before the Court on the parties’ failure to file a stipulated Discovery Plan and

Scheduling Order. On February 4, 2015, the Court ordered that the parties file the stipulated

16

Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order on or before February 17, 2015 (Order #12). To date, the

17

parties have failed to comply. Accordingly,

18

IT IS ORDERED that the parties shall file a stipulated Discovery Plan and Scheduling

19

Order no later than March 9, 2015. Failure to comply may result in the issuance of an order to

20

show cause why sanctions should not be imposed.
