Jackson. 16 Having reviewed and considered the matter, and good cause appearing, 17 IT IS ORDERED: 18 1. The Emergency Motion to Continue Hearing (ECF No. 75) is GRANTED. 19 2. The hearing currently set for January 8, 2019, at 10:30 AM, is VACATED and RESET 20 for February 5, 2019, at 10:30 AM in LV Courtroom 3B before Magistrate Judge 21 Peggy A. Leen. 22 3. Matthew G. Jackson shall appear at the hearing in person.
