(#28). 11 Accordingly, 12 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion to Extend Discovery (#28) is 13 GRANTED. 14 The following discovery deadlines apply: 15 A. Discovery Cut-Off Date: 16 Discovery must be completed on or before May 25, 2016. 17 B. Disclosure of Experts: 18 Expert disclosures must be made on or before March 25, 2016. Rebuttal expert disclosures must 19 be made on or before April 25, 2016. 20 C. Interim Status Report: 21 The interim status report must be filed by the parties on or before March 25, 2016. 22 D. Dispositive Motions: 23 Dispositive motions must be filed and served on or before June 24, 2016. 24 E. 25 Joint Pre-Trial Order: 1 The Joint Pre-trial Order must be filed on July 22, 2016. In the event dispositive motions are filed, 2 the date for filing the Joint Pre-trial Order will be suspended until 30 days after the decision on the 3 dispositive motions or further order of the Court. 4 F.
