On May 11, 2016 Nationstar filed its motion to dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint [ECF No. 11]

(the Motion). Plaintiff filed his opposition to the Motion on June 8, 2016 [ECF No. 14] and

Nationstar filed its reply in support of the Motion on June 24, 2016 [ECF No. 17].

The Parties now agree the Motion and all responses and replies thereto [ECF Nos. 11, 14 &

17] are withdrawn. Nationstar will file it’s answer to the complaint following approval of this

26

stipulation. Each party to bear its respective fees and costs.
