ORDER that Plaintiff Bogotaitis has 30 days to file his updated address with this Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if address is not updated within 30 days, the Court shall dismiss Bogotaitis's complaint without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDE RED that within 30 days Bogotaitis shall notify the Court whether he intends to proceed with 2 Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Bogotaitis does not notify the Court within 30 days whether he intend s to proceed the Court shall dismiss Bogotaitis's complaint without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that after the 30 day deadline, the Court will screen Plaintiff Moon's complaint and address his outstanding motions. Signed by Judge Andrew P. Gordon on 5/6/15.
