D.R. HORTON, et al.,
Defendant(s).

Defendant New Creation Masonry, Inc, has failed to update its address. In particular, the
16 Court has received mail returned as undeliverable to Defendant. Docket Nos. 184, 185. “A party,
17 not the district court, bears the burden of keeping the court apprised of any changes in his mailing
18 address.” Carey v. King, 856 F.2d 1439, 1441 (9th Cir. 1988); see also In re Hammer, 940 F.2d
19 524, 526 (9th Cir. 1991). To that end, the local rules require that litigants immediately file with
20 the Court written notification of any change of address, and expressly warn that failure to do so
21 may result in case-dispositive sanctions. See Local Rule IA 3-1.
22
Accordingly, Defendant New Creation Masonry, Inc, is hereby ORDERED to file a notice
23 of changed address by May 30, 2019. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER MAY
24 RESULT IN SANCTIONS.
25
IT IS SO ORDERED.
