WHEREAS plaintiff, Kelly Carter Bunch (“plaintiff”) and defendant, Experian

Information Solutions, Inc. (“Experian”) have executed a settlement agreement which fully and

finally resolves all claims, disputes, and differences between plaintiff and Experian in the above-

captioned matter;
