This matter is before the Court on the parties’ failure to file a proposed Stipulated Discovery

Plan and Scheduling Order. The Court granted a stay of discovery pending a decision on Defendants’

17

Motion to Dismiss. The Court filed its Order regarding the Motion to Dismiss on October 21, 2015

18

(#23). Accordingly,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall file a stipulated Discovery Plan and

20

Scheduling Order not later than November 30, 2015 in compliance with the provisions of LR 26-1 of

21

the Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
