ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that the proposed Amended Complaint 22 is Dismissed in its entirely, without prejudice, with leave to amend. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff chooses to file a Second Amended Complaint curing the deficiencies of his complaint and proposed Amended Complaint, Plaintiff shall file the Second Amended Complaint within 30 days from the date of entry of this Order.IF IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall send the Plaintiff the approved form 1983 Comp laint and a copy of Proposed Amended Complaint 22 .IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff fails to file a Second Amended Complaint curing the deficiencies outlined in this Order, this action shall be Dismissed without Prejudice.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion for Leave to Supplement evidence 15 is Denied.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion for Default Judgment 19 is Denied.
