Plaintiff Darrell Dawkins (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Wells Fargo Financial Nevada, Inc.

(“Wells Fargo,” together with Plaintiff, the “Parties”), by and through their respective attorneys,

hereby stipulates to extend the time for Wells Fargo to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint.

WHEREAS, on April 9, 2015, Plaintiff filed his Complaint;

WHEREAS, Wells Fargo filed a Waiver of Service of Summons on July 17, 2015, making

its time to respond on August 25, 2015;
WHEREAS, the Parties agree to extend Wells Fargo’s time to respond to Plaintiff’s
Complaint to consider potential resolution of this matter;

WHEREAS this request is not made for purposes of delay and is supported by good cause;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and for good cause, IT IS
