their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate as follows:

On April 27, 2015, Defendant Edgewater Gaming, LLC filed a Petition for
Removal under 28 U.S.C. § 1441(B) (Doc. 1).

On May 13, 2015, Plaintiff Jay Hotrum filed a Motion to Remand (Doc. 8).

Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(c)(2), a response is due within 14 calendar days

or June 1, 2015.

The parties agree, subject to Court’s approval, Defendant may have an

extension of time to file its response to Plaintiff’s Motion to Remand until on

or before June 5, 2015.
