IT IS ORDERED that petitioner’s motion for voluntary dismissal of the petition
(ECF No. 38) is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondents’ motion to dismiss (ECF No. 34) is
DENIED as moot.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall enter judgment accordingly and
close this case.
