The Parties have stipulated to a extension of time of two (2) additional days to file the Joint

Pretrial Order in this matter. The reasons supporting this stipulation are as follows: the Parties wish

25

to provide the Court a complete outline of facts and issues. The Parties have met, discussed matters,

26

and provided input. However, Plaintiffs’ counsel has been in several depositions, which has made

27

it difficult for the parties to communicate to finalize the same.

The Parties request a two (2) day extension of time, up to and including, May 15, 2017, for
